Valerie Brown-Baul, MBA is an author, visionary, highly effective strategic thinker, coach and leader. Valerie’s passions include leadership development, mentoring and coaching leaders. She also has a love for multi-media technology and communications. Leveraging her experiences in leadership, she has created a leadership model called the I AM…Way, in which she trains forward thinking leaders how to make an Impact, take Action and achieve Mastery.

Her purpose in life is to empower adults and youth to understand who they truly are, empowering them to walk in their purpose and to use their gifts and talents to serve and mentor others. Rev. Valerie Brown-Baul is an ordained minister who gives back to the community through her ministry, Spiritual Path Alliance and by supporting the Lupus Foundation. “SOULutions” is her first published work and Leadership: The I AM…Way is her most recent. She also has developed curriculum for youth mentoring, leadership development and STEM learning.

Valerie also enjoys teaching and has been teaching as an adjunct faculty member at Wilmington University and other universities for the past 11 years. She develops and teaches courses in Leadership, Social Media Marketing, E-commerce, and Marketing Management. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Business/ Management Information Systems from St. Leo College in Florida. Born and raised in Montclair, NJ, Valerie currently resides in Bear, Delaware with her husband Charles Baul. Valerie has 3 adult children: Christina, Earl and Miyah, and two awesome grandsons. She encourages her family to be all God created them to be!
