Rev. Davis has professional industry experience in event planning, church administration and teaching experience. He is the former Business Manager for Gospel Recording Artist “Craig A. Hayes & United Voices Choir in New Jersey.” He has assisted churches, community development corporations, governmental agencies and scholarship foundations with event management, strategic and organizational planning. Most recently he served as President of the Association of Black Seminarians at New Brunswick Theological Seminary, a former Board Commissioner with the New Jersey Department of State Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission and Vice President, Tutor Me Educational Foundation, Inc. Currently serves as a Resident Chaplain at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Rev. Davis was educated at Eastern College where he studied Elementary Education and Law. He furthered his education at Rider University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts and Social Science and Master of Divinity Degree from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, New Jersey and a Certificate of Completion in Clinical Pastoral Education from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, New Jersey He has studied at the Grace Cathedral Fellowship Ministries and True Servant Worship and Praise Church Bible Institutes where he earned a Certificate of Completions in Biblical Studies and an award as most likely to be a Pastor in the 21st Century.

Transform Agency is a full service consultant firm which provides: Training Development Workshops, Event, Promotions and Booking Agent management for non-profit organizations, community development corporations, faith-based institutions, music artists, fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
