Gina is active on various community boards; including the DE SHRM and on the United Way HR Board. Gina enjoys giving back to the community. She is an Adult Black Achiever Alumni through the YMCA and served as a Mentor through the United Way “Women in Action” Leadership Program. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree at California State University in Business Administration and obtained her Masters in Organizational Leadership at Wilmington University.
She is a member of Word Alive Worship Center under the leadership of Pastors Anthony and Glenda Bailey. Gina serves as a Minister and on the Praise & Worship Team.
