Earl Jenkins is a native of New Brunswick NJ. He graduated from the New Brunswick School District. Mr. Jenkins earned his Bachelor of Theology degree from Eastern Bible College and his Master of Theology from Freedom Bible College and Seminary. He is a certified professional life coach, speaker and member of the John Maxwell Team.
The Preacher
Earl Jenkins is the founding pastor of True Servant Worship and Praise Church in Hamilton NJ.
Under the esteemed leadership of Bishop Donald Hilliard Jr, in 2006 Bishop Jenkins was consecrated within the covenant Ecumenical Fellowship of Cathedral Assembly’s Reformation where he served as CFO, and most recently “Bishop Itinerant” responsible for church restoration and development.
Bishop Jenkins is the founder and president of the True Servant Preschool Academy, Hamilton NJ an (Abbot school district).
He’s the progenitor of the SEED male mentoring program that helps germinate and propagate the minds of young men in becoming responsible and accountable adults.
The Recipient
- Earl Jenkins is a recipient of the NAACP Freedom Award and has served on various boards including the Visiting Nurse Association and now as an advisory board member of Investors Bank since 2014.
Considering some his accomplishments and achievements, E. Earl Jenkins was inducted into the 2016 New Brunswick Hall of Fame Alumni.
The Entertainer
He is an accomplished recording artist, singer, musician, songwriter, producer and author and has received numerous awards.
He and his brother Carl, aka the Jenkins Brothers, are McDonald’s Gospel Fest winners, Natalie Cole’s Big Break runners up, 5-time Gospel Academy winners, and Savoy Records recording artists. They are cofounders of the Jenkins Brothers Music Development Center located in Hamilton NJ.

In 2006, E. Earl Jenkins wrote his inaugural book, Don’t Hate your Enemies Just Step on Them. This book delivers His message of using obstacles as stepping-stones as opposed to stumbling blocks. Don’t Hate your Enemies Just Step on Them has reached and touched many lives and was syndicated on the Trinity Broadcasting Network.
Earl Jenkins latest book, The Open-Faced Sandwich is a quick read on communication using condiments as a point of reference to identify personalities and methods of communication. This book is a must read!

Above all he’s most proud of his wife, Sheila and children Travis, Jamall, Clarrisa, Dionna and three grand boys Jordon, Jace and Grayson and granddaughter, Micaela.
